In Physical Education, students grades PreK through 8th do a variety of sports and activities at their own age level. Students in the lower grades work on basic skills, while the upper grades expand on their skills and use them to play games, sports, and activities. Students learn different ways to play games and sports, while working as a team, a small group, or even individually. Sports/Games change weekly. We Get Fit and Have Fun all at the same time.

Students in grades K- 8 receive Health Education once a week. Students learn various aspects of health including mental and emotional health, growth and nutrition, personal health and safety, drugs and disease prevention, and community and environmental health.
