Hi! I’m Kailee Dement. I’m the lead pre-k2 teacher. I’ve been at OLOF since 2022 and in early childhood education since 2019. I strive to ensure the classroom environment provides a safe place for your child to grow developmentally, academically, and spiritually. We teach through play as well as a daily circle time group gathering, hands on learning, and artistic expression. All has been planned according to the children’s development stages and interests. Students also receive special classes that include physical education, Spanish, music, and a read aloud. The special teachers plan a developmentally appropriate class and work to keep each child engaged and excited to learn.
