5th Grade:
We will wrapping up our unit: Use Models and Strategies to Add and Subtract Decimals. We will discuss how to use strategies and properties of operations to add and subtract decimals. We will have guided notes, guided practice, worksheets and activities to practice these skills.
6th Grade:
We will be continuing our unit: Integers and Rational Numbers. We will discuss how to represent rational numbers using a number line, how to find and interpret absolute value, and how to graph points with rational coordinates on a coordinate plane. We will have guided notes, guided practice, worksheets, and activities to practice these skills.
7th Grade:
We will be continuing our unit: Integers and Rational Numbers. Throughout the week we will discuss how to multiply rational numbers and division with integers. We will have guided notes, guided practice, worksheets, and activities.
8th Grade:
We will be wrapping up our unit: Algebra Basics. This will prepare students to get ready for Algebra course this year. We will be starting our new unit: Solving Equations and Inequalities. We will be going over how to create and solve linear equations with one variable. We will have guided notes, worksheets, and activities.
