5th Grade:
We will continuing our unit: Multiplying Multi-Digit Whole Numbers. We will be going over how to estimate products using mental math, multiplying multi-digit numbers by single digit, and multiplying two-digit by two-digit. We will have guided notes, guided practice, worksheets and activities to practice these skills.
6th Grade:
We will be wrapping up our unit: Integers and Rational Numbers. We will discuss graphing polygons on the coordinate plane. We will have a review day on Tuesday with our Study Guide. I will upload the answers to the study guide on Google Classroom. We will have a test on Wednesday. We will have guided notes, guided practice, worksheets, and activities to practice these skills.
7th Grade:
We will be starting our new unit: Analyze and Use Proportional Relationships. We will go over ratio concepts and reasonings to solve multi-step problems, and how to find unit rates with ratios of fractions. We will have guided notes, guided practice, worksheets, and activities.
8th Grade:
We will be continuing our unit: Solving Equations and Inequalities. We will be going over how to rewrite and use literal equations to solve problems, solve inequalities, and solve and write compound inequalities. We will have guided notes, worksheets, and activities.
