First Grade Updates

ELA:
Review Unit 13, Week 2 in our Superkids curriculum.
Word Work– students will identify spelling words: turn, burn, bird, third Memory Words: both, again, laugh, cold, does, know
Reading– students will read fluently and understand literary and informational texts, read and understand new vocabulary.
Writing-students will continue writing about a character for a fiction story
Math: Students are completing Unit 10, Use Models and Strategies to Add Tens and Ones
Science:Students are working through a unit on Parents and Offspring
Social Studies: Students are studying about America and our culture
