Thank you to everyone who volunteered at our spaghetti dinner. It was a huge success. There will be no spelling test this week for 5th and 6th grade.
5th Grade- We will complete vocabulary lesson 4 this week. We will play catch up on our grammar review lessons. We will begin our new class novel this week. Students will find out who wins the Sell This Haunted House contest this week. We will begin our Reading notebooks this week.
6th Grade- This week we will complete our STAR testing. Students will find out who wins the Sell This Haunted House contest this week. We will play catch up on our grammar review lessons. We will begin our new class novel this week. We will complete a Wordly Wise lesson this week.
7th Grade- This week we will write, edit and complete narrative essay. This essay will be due this Friday. We will review point of view and parts of a story this week. We will review colons and semicolons this week too. We will finally begin our class novel this week. We will complete a Wordly Wise lesson this week.
8th Grade- Final Haunted narrative essays are due by this Friday. We will continue to read in our class novel. Students will read a story in 1st, 2nd and 3rd POV. They will write a story in each of the POV. We will complete a Wordly Wise lesson this week.
