5th Grade- This week we should finish our class novel. We will have a Spelling Test on Friday. We will complete two units of vocabulary study and grammar lessons.
6th Grade-Students will have a spelling test on Friday. We will complete a review of commas this week. We will complete a lesson in Wordly Wise this week. Students will begin our new novel this week which is Restart by Gordon Korman.
7th Grade- This week we will complete a end of novel assessment. We will complete body biography of characters in the Outsiders. We will study semicolons, colons and ellipsis this week. We will work on a mock trial of Jonny Cade this week.
8th Grade- This week will complete a Wordly Wise vocabulary lesson. Students are reading Romeo and Juliet during their Shakespeare unit.
